Stroller Strides Classes come to the NC Museum of Art Park
You're Invited to a Grand Opening Event!
Come celebrate the newest location of Stroller Strides classes in the Midtown Raleigh area with a FREE Stroller Strides class!
Tuesday March 1st
9:30am: Registration opens (Click HERE to register online)
10am: FREE Stroller Strides Class
11am: Raffle, Refreshments & Playgroup Time
What is Stroller Strides?
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified instructors.
Who should come?
It is a great workout for any level of exerciser. All moms of stroller-age children are welcome to attend this free event. Bring your child(ren), your stroller, a yoga mat or towel, and dress to exercise! (Jogging stroller not necessary).
Location & Directions:
The Museum Park surrounds the NC Museum of Art which is located at 2110 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607. Parking is free.
