MVP’s Basketball Academy Tips Off This Fall With New Initiatives and Coach

With the fall sports season right around the corner, MVP Sports Factory is gearing up for its Basketball Academy starting September 10 with new addition, Robert Brickey, a former Duke University Blue Devils’ basketball player with 11 years of collegiate coaching experience. Summer Fun

This summer we loved riding the Virginia Creeper Trail (http://vacreepertrail.com/) in Damascus VA.  A gradual downhill 17 mile bike ride in the mountains (and only about 4 hrs from Raleigh).  Fun for the entire family!  It's great for all ages and all skill levels.  Our 8 year old rode his own bike, 5 year old rode on a "tag-a-long" behind Dad, and the 3 year old rode in a trailer behind my bike.  We stopped along the way to eat lunch, play in the…
